Account Setup

This guide covers how organizations and users get access to Healthiago.

Organization provisioning

Healthiago accounts are provisioned per organization (clinic, agency, or health system). Your Customer Success contact provides:

• Organization name and identifier
• Initial administrator account(s)
• Environment URL (production: https://healthiago.ai)

First login

1. Navigate to healthiago.ai/login
2. Sign in with the credentials provided by your administrator
3. Complete multi-factor authentication (MFA) enrollment when prompted
4. If your account requires approval, you will see a pending-approval screen until an admin activates you

User invitations

Administrators invite users from the organization settings panel. Invited users receive an email with a secure link to set a password and enroll MFA.

Security expectations

• Use unique credentials; do not share accounts
• MFA is required for clinical and administrative roles
• Access is limited to your organization's patients and data
