What is Healthiago?

Healthiago is a HIPAA-aligned connected care platform for remote patient monitoring, care coordination, and related clinical workflows.

Where is the app hosted?

Production: https://healthiago.ai. Service health: https://status.healthiago.ai.

Is there a mobile app?

Native mobile apps may be offered separately. The patient and provider web portals are accessible from modern mobile browsers. Mobile app status is listed on the status page when monitoring is available.

Access & security

How do I reset my password?

Use Forgot password on the login page or contact your organization administrator.

Is MFA required?

Yes, for most clinical and administrative roles. You will be prompted to enroll on first login or when mandated by your organization.

Who can see my organization's data?

Only users within your organization (with appropriate roles and patient assignments). Healthiago enforces organization isolation on all PHI paths.

RPM & devices

Which devices are supported?

See Supported Devices. Tenovi cellular devices are the primary integrated RPM device family.

Why are readings delayed?

Check device connectivity and platform status. Persistent gaps may require device re-link or support ticket.
