Healthiago integrates with Tenovi for cellular RPM device data. Device availability may vary by organization contract and geography.

Device lifecycle
- Order / assign — Device linked to patient in Healthiago
- Activation — Patient receives device; first transmission confirms connectivity
- Monitoring — Readings flow to charts and alerts automatically
- Replacement — Swap devices when hardware fails; document in patient record
Troubleshooting
- Confirm device is assigned to the correct patient
- Verify cellular coverage at patient location
- Check status.healthiago.ai for ingestion outages
- Contact support with device ID and patient MRN (via secure channel)
Manual readings
When devices are unavailable, care teams may enter readings manually. Manual entries are labeled by source and follow the same alert rules when configured.
