RTM	Remote Therapeutic Monitoring — monitoring related to therapeutic interventions (distinct billing rules from RPM)
PHI	Protected Health Information — individually identifiable health information regulated under HIPAA
Organization	Tenant boundary; all patient data belongs to one organization
Transmission day	A calendar day with at least one qualifying device transmission (used in RPM billing contexts)
Tenovi	Third-party device logistics and data partner for cellular RPM devices
Alert	System notification when readings or rules exceed configured thresholds
Care plan	Documented plan of care for a patient within a program
MRN	Medical Record Number — unique patient identifier within an organization
MFA	Multi-factor authentication — additional login verification (TOTP)
BAA	Business Associate Agreement — HIPAA contract between covered entity and business associate
